Have you ever heard of Cappadocia? I hadn’t until I saw a picture of the carved “fairy chimneys” and investigated to learn more. I found this trip report from Earth Trekkers and I am sold!

Churches carved into the side of a mountain, amazing hikes, and a hot air balloon ride? Yes, please!

Once we can safely travel internationally again, Cappadocia is at the top of my list of places to go! I’m thinking it would be a great trip to combine with Petra, Jordan.
